• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
. n) s3 G% x) s" F! q3 e• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
; q# l) _/ u2 O• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
9 _2 G9 m  d0 L8 l• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
0 @1 e8 x; }: p( S• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
! X) u% H, o  k: E) D# ~/ L• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

# c7 p/ _8 ?  QThese additional qualifications would be an asset:
7 [4 v+ p% D- x" _/ e. u1 Z• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
& Z) d$ N( T: y8 F% v9 c+ U' Y! T• Experience with interfacing with hardware
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
; f! g6 H8 w# F. C& C8 _' y. w* u• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET
• Experience developing rich web applications
  G$ m) U) {# {" x1 g: U• Industrial experience in a lab or plant environment
• Strong verbal and written skills in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
