新买房律师费求助

最近新买的房子，realtor最开始谈的是包律师费，房子谈好之后在律师前一天收到了账单，只付了基础500多，还需要自己额外付400多，这事情之前并没说，而且朋友包律师费的时候都是全包，以为自己也是全包的，想问问有包律师费是是指只包基础这个说法么？一般来讲包律师费是指什么？

一部分和房价有关， 律师要交给政府，  不是律师收入
