% t; t, M' Q. K7 _2 KSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

% r& |$ ]* Y% X) kRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
- `% A% j, j% h6 H2 V! o/ \   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
0 d8 g0 a" u; L, Z; u   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
9 T; v. s0 B; x4 _1 `0 r   o Microsoft Operations Manager
* N3 |& S; T1 F$ ]   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
0 B3 ^% b8 U1 W! Z   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
8 g0 P4 K0 l/ X" i$ X2 i/ T   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
- l. X5 h2 {$ U• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
. C7 Z( M. f( S/ L# j! W• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
( T4 F. e3 Z. X4 L( n$ Cplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
4 v1 F7 l% N+ R& x/ Q+ F• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

) g$ V% d5 X5 m/ N0 I, JSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
" }% w/ U, d  C: e5 }• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
6 u- f$ l3 e& k5 |1 a( F• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
% `' Z) b3 e, |3 t. I2 H2 f/ L9 C   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
# r* u$ [2 j1 g7 R9 t   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
  W* H3 [; T2 q( \3 t. H% `   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
- s9 k, Z: I: |" W   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
4 g! a9 B  V* [: r2 O; E' {5 l& \• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
5 _2 W) `" }1 m; S+ \/ ~1 D• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
0 K! m" i7 \2 p& J• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
* L% j3 U* Z4 q9 S" b, h• Have 4+ years of network design experience
! @+ u  O, ?' B* i5 z• Have led medium to large sized projects
