SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
. A3 E4 p' i. L• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:

* m1 g1 j5 F& O( o! {- V   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
2 @0 I3 t/ Y! U; F. v   o Microsoft Operations Manager
, I' k: C0 D  T   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
2 @. V# q6 I8 k9 A9 S2 }   o Sun Solaris operating systems
$ b9 A2 q& [  n' o8 i: \1 j5 a   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
; I" r, \3 V+ [5 M, S9 N1 }• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
7 v) |+ X$ m0 K• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
: {1 s( z- _( t" [• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
$ x1 w, B$ f3 F' I) }- b$ D   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
: p( i( E! H. _) D+ r% c: |  A   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
+ R: `! A8 e# ?2 k! b   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
; Q# Q7 q3 K1 \, |1 Z9 a7 m   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
9 U' f, C, f$ c' X• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
• Clean enhanced criminal record abstract
