Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

& e0 c, a0 G# r/ s- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
" R+ }& u: C. }& K) Y5 J- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
2 v* |# i2 q( ]+ h4 n- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
9 `% ]5 ~: d4 e1 b" \% e; }- Work night shifts, as necessary
Requirements:
- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Highly organized.

, n1 L/ W; }3 K8 f- KWorking hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
Salary: $160.00 per day. After 3 months of employment, medical, dental, disability and pension plan benefits will be available.
