Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.

- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
6 U: C3 [$ U" P- Y/ a& l  I3 ~- Supervise kitchen staff
: O8 h- Y1 K* G6 A5 l1 v' F- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
; ], [2 _1 }9 e3 i; Z3 e& }- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
; E( I5 h  p; [1 I( ?. `7 {  a- f- Manage kitchen operations
; b3 B3 W6 V# n7 P7 W. K$ v4 `- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
- R, x- i, L( W, I. s- Work night shifts, as necessary

- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Highly organized.
This is a contract, full-time position.
Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
Working schedule: 21 days on and 7 days off.
