主要工作职责：

Job Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
, ?3 l, e& ^. {-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
2 t+ i) x5 k4 M8 I: [: a: w-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
8 W0 y8 a% r" m! Q-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
