2 y: M2 Z. Z/ U. J! X* O& Y/ bWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: * y* q1 O+ U# } K1 Y
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) - r# C! c6 r/ a
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
% ]+ _2 G5 c6 I• Prepare financial statements 2 B# }/ ?9 T" z X( F1 G, T
• Prepare corporate tax returns
9 @& ^4 j( N( M( C• File GST returns 8 f5 s! n5 x( A1 j5 t. F! \' A
• Process payroll5 @* H) B3 G- f4 v
• File T4/T5 returns
- d9 y7 \$ d: _9 A• Prepare personal tax returns * G+ q) r+ |2 v+ @5 E+ }! l
• Communication with our clients and government agencies / S8 o$ O. h% F+ S6 D& Y
6 `8 }6 Q6 Q# l$ t0 W; [# O+ ^The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.
