" K7 b% S% q( M. t“随着冬季的来临，我们可以预计上市量和销售将会减缓，也可能会看到价格的些许下降，但因为市场依旧保持着的平稳性，继而剧烈性大幅度的走势并不会出现。” Sedgwick说到“和去年相比，卖家可能需要较为长一点的时间去等待他们的房产售出” 。
