“在拥有一个健康的库存，强劲的价格，以及较缓的挂牌和销售量的情况下，我们正在步入房产较为安静的月份。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说到。“现在仍然为买房的好时候，在即将进入冬季时，库存量通常较少，所以对于买家来说，依旧有可观的选择。而较为平稳的均价也能使卖家得到安心”
