渐缓的销售趋势并未给稳定的住宅价格带来影响

0 I N% K" [; M7 Y# U0 K3 r6 w埃德蒙顿10月4日报道：9月份所有住宅的平均售价比上一个月上升了1.1%，比去年上升了1.5%，依然保持强劲。独立屋平均价格为$430,761比上一个月下降不到1%，比去年下降了0.2%。8月份公寓的平均价格为$251,365，比上一个月下降了0.06%，比去年下降了0.45%，也依然保持着平缓。双拼/联排比上一个月上升了4.66%，比去年有些许的下降。

, \" E: T+ }+ S: @; h5 ]; j“随着冬季的来临，我们可以预计上市量和销售将会减缓，也可能会看到价格的些许下降，但因为市场依旧保持着的平稳性，继而剧烈性大幅度的走势并不会出现。” Sedgwick说到“和去年相比，卖家可能需要较为长一点的时间去等待他们的房产售出” 。
