渐缓的销售趋势并未给稳定的住宅价格带来影响

埃德蒙顿10月4日报道：9月份所有住宅的平均售价比上一个月上升了1.1%，比去年上升了1.5%，依然保持强劲。独立屋平均价格为$430,761比上一个月下降不到1%，比去年下降了0.2%。8月份公寓的平均价格为$251,365，比上一个月下降了0.06%，比去年下降了0.45%，也依然保持着平缓。双拼/联排比上一个月上升了4.66%，比去年有些许的下降。) H6 m `4 O7 T2 Z( c u$ l5 p5 T
