地下室新装厕所冲水不畅找人维修

干活的人回国了，近期回不来。换了几个厕所都不行，估计要改管道。有人可以干这个活吗？

估计是没用安装 vent , 而且管子不够粗，出现了虹吸现象，导致下水不利索。

刚开始，怀疑厕所冲力不够，后来换了个 Lohber 4 倍冲力的厕所，在没有密封以前实验，非常快速，没有丝毫的迟滞，但是用 wax 密封以后，水就下得很慢了。

重新安装传统的 vent，工程量巨大，所以想着装一个 AAV air admittance valve.

DIY 以前，请专家点评一二，期待中

Air Admittance Valve works!

The valve only takes air when needed, that is, when there is a negative pressure in the pipe. It prevents dirty air from going outside into the room.

Hi, my rental house basement toilet has the same issue as yours. The contractor installed vent pipe but the problem still not being solved. Wondering did you install the air admittance valve yourself or somebody else did the work? Do you need to open concrete or drywall to find some plumbing pipe to install this air admittance valve?

没有permit就没有inspection，不就没有绿色条子了，我的找中国人（很有经验的人了）修的地下室，也改了3次才拿到city的绿色贴纸，虽然city的要求也很简单，但是就要有检查的
