我想问一下埃城哪里有租车的啊？ 再就是留学生能不能lease 车呢？ 如果不能有什么办法吗？谢谢朋友了！

lease车比较难,因为你没有收入,信用也不高,所以这种方法可行性不大

去rent a car,用你女朋友的信用卡没有问题~

如果不是每天都要用车，而只是每周末购物用车的话，提倡租车！办张金卡可以免去租车保险，算下来一个月也就一百多块，不见得比交二手车保险多。

Enterprise offers weekend rates for three days for only $55.  You got to have your own Third Party Liability(TPL) insurance; otherwise it is another $20/day.  If you buy loss/damage Insurance coverage, then it is $16/day.
