8月份，爱城共有1433套住宅售出，比去年下降了2%，比上一个月的下降了5%；独立屋有861套售出，比去年下降了3%；公寓有406套售出，比去年下降了6%。双拼/联排有136套出售，比去年上升了11%。新房上市量比上一个月下降了5%，比去年上升了6%。
