Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
( g0 O. h5 T( FEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
, V$ J  e4 p- \. Q+ rSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
3 P4 A. v; Q) u& BGive prepared plates the “final touch”
6 l+ G6 u) C( V# }- w4 g* CPerform administrative duties

Keep time and payroll records

What the company will expect from you:

Proven working experience as a head chef

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks

Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
