Job Description:

Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
0 y3 I% [5 ~3 ~Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
! M. D$ E: p' c) ^) F* sArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
2 d. U8 D# \% d3 U, H6 x9 I8 hPerform administrative duties
6 g* k9 ~. I+ t* J# l1 \' B" sComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
