Key Responsibilities:

• Post advertisement
! Y. c3 R- z, F& K9 G! e• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.( A6 y4 H1 f8 A! u
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
( b7 a3 X% B# _+ o• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.# Y I! W. Q" x5 K
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
8 F- P& R& f1 v7 k: l# v$ L4 o. _• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.5 S4 }- Z$ a% U0 Y0 r
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

! V k4 k+ z1 {1 b* M. z& y, c- m• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset( n4 y- U" h( j" m K3 k
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred1 I3 c$ d) V. i6 |9 K
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
+ Y( U5 S. p' q% z2 U7 q• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills" H( J) ?# i, O7 l! w
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal. b7 B) R3 k% T! Y% e1 w
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
& e7 W7 S h# U4 {5 X• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
