Key Responsibilities:
* _6 z8 E$ B, H• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

6 M# k4 J2 Q- X% @2 T• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
& a j* L" o$ W: p1 }9 f) Y, D• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete. O, F- @ ?% g" c: V& X9 W
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.( z" T+ n) d$ z9 @
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.- z+ w0 B: |1 {, V _" d$ u
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.9 q% K8 f3 G8 i5 M
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.8 P; t+ K& C. h8 b& x8 |+ R U
• Perform route inspections as required.

) N( s- M0 A4 c2 n# ]• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.9 W! a* l6 |# s E9 _. R; P* j' ?
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.2 r3 }! c0 z/ X3 G3 N: C! e7 @# P
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
) F9 B# S* A& F• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
6 q3 P0 e s% P2 _! U2 L6 N. p• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred' S- i9 G$ h- P4 e: I
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
4 Y3 |7 O b. g j/ W+ H• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
& H3 C. p: k0 f4 q• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
" ^% h1 t; v6 t8 T1 R• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
9 M" a+ H' @3 V' q+ G+ Z• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
