• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.: U3 H- W0 [6 [' k( R+ I& B

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.8 _# q/ U7 W3 I/ W; }
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.) h D3 F& Y. N
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
$ M, G5 l6 `" L/ H6 ]* T• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
1 m4 l( r: u, n S/ r) ^/ V• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed. R5 E' O7 C1 O! {! Q
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.: h6 }4 Y# Z% a, I* t h8 b$ H8 J
• Perform route inspections as required.
* A# g+ i% ]; B% w2 o4 l6 ]1 t• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
! M8 ~5 ~ \9 }# Y2 ?" o• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
7 X3 U7 \ g9 S) X• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
- P0 _' a, L6 v- l3 A# w# q• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
9 ?& L9 C2 @6 t# x$ @4 A• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

N* G, Q$ C( F, m• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal% l( a, o4 g k" u
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license3 }& t" K7 ~, s: z+ r/ E6 L, n
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
