Key Responsibilities:

• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
! W0 H; U( z+ v7 @% b• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.3 H5 a/ n$ ` F8 Q7 {3 ]
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.8 y+ |' q X0 P" R" D7 k
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
8 R; E) G$ e* n7 K8 h: `; H2 I• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases). h0 U+ i2 {6 q$ A5 L
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:4 f6 k; B' X ^6 q: R
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset4 u% Y- p9 |, T! H
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred5 G' j: `/ z3 ^# B0 n
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)- c4 |* x0 J; z5 Q
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
3 @1 y( y1 Z1 w3 p n) _9 |• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
# J6 p/ S# y# k8 i; ~! R1 h- A/ i• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
