六月价格持平,销量渐缓% J- k: `& l# `( A
* Y1 i u# A8 C n l1 ~埃德蒙顿7月5日报道:6月份大爱城区住宅房销售量与上月持平,但比去年同期下降了11.1%。6月份共有1117套独立屋售出,比去年下降了10.1%,与上一个月的1119套几乎持平;公寓有465套售出,比上一个月上升了11.5%,比去年下降了18.7%。双拼/联排有173套出售,比去年上升了9.8%,比上一个月下降了14.8%。6 O9 H7 Y0 P! }) n

所有住宅平均价格与去年同期几乎持平,上升了0.1%,独立屋平均价格为$435,366比上一个月下降了1.1%,比去年下降了1.8%。公寓因为本月一些豪华户型的销售,平均价格为$263,326,比上一个月上升了3.5%,比去年上升了2.5%。双拼/联排的平均价格为$352,778,比去年上升了4.6%,比上一个月上升了0.7%。

) u! W; X, A, E6月新房上市量为3041套,比上一个月下降了6%,比去年同期下降了4.7%。 截止月底有8179套住屋仍在埃德蒙顿市场上,比去年的7177套和前年的5609套均有上升。
