' A& w% e, {! v5 S( Z, C( {9 k埃德蒙顿6月2日报道:大爱城区5月份独立屋销售量为1119套,比4月份上升了19.3%,比去年同比上升了3.8%。双拼/联排屋销售量为203套,比上一个月分别上升了37.2%,比去年同期上升了23.03%。公寓的销售量比上一个月上升了5.3%,但比去年下降了18.2%。所有住宅的销售量为1771套,比上一个月上升了18%,比去年下降了不到1%。

“通过独立屋以及双拼/联排屋销售量的上升,可以体现出购房者们对埃德蒙顿的市场依然保持强烈的信心”, 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说道,“相对于亚省的其他市场,埃德蒙顿二手房市场依然强劲”。
