Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.7 B2 u) A$ n0 p" r0 G4 e' ?

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:: R% ~$ G9 Y) w2 }/ D: T
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.8 `, N2 t4 t1 I; B$ ]- m j
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
; k0 ]! @' G. ]3 E% |· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.7 o4 |) j9 X5 b2 t6 H( y ?9 g% Q
· Manages report database.
" V/ b+ g% ?; C; e- d8 t$ [· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

/ b1 s( Z- f VKnowledge and Skills:
( N# x. m" B; v" Q' C4 F! w; }2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.* z; z% e0 n; k- ?6 W/ G

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
