I've got 3 vacant rooms in a large 1500sq ft main floor in central Edmonton (Allendale).  The address is 10426-65 Ave.
Rooms for rent are $550 and includes all utilities and internet.  Rent a room or bring some friends and take over the main floor! If you would like the room to be furnished then the rent will be a little higher.
