DUTIES:

• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
- r, H9 v+ C0 D0 U" |$ e• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
1 w( ^. D1 m7 N) H# Q• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible) U: ]& f; k6 a" L

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
# K/ T. }, F9 K( b3 d+ D• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study+ [' A1 z3 m& d$ x& v/ `2 h* J
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
. X* ^! a4 V8 X- Y• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
2 G1 z8 Y! M' \& A9 l, S% K• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
