房屋买家对市场继续保持谨慎观望态度% _: q; P" G- i2 A# p, P! ?

埃德蒙顿2016年2月2日报道：住宅库存继续保持强劲，一月份MLS系统显示有5,751套房屋在售，比去年增长了39.2%，比上个月增长了13.03%。但是一月份的销售量有所下降为618个单元，比上一个月下降13.32%，比去年同期下降了7.21%。
