My furnace stopped working two days ago, installed in 2008, model Carrier infinity 96 58MVB040.4 i2 K# r0 x' E
I called Van and he sent his partner Ray come by the next day. % P9 i& u+ B0 K& z/ ~( K, h* n2 Y
Ray checked it out and gave an estimation in the afternoon.
, U% a9 P/ L+ I" J% P/ f$ }3 zThe estimation is higher than I expected, I have to admit.
( \3 W n# i. t& ^( L* g& D4 k z9 ~However, after I did some research. I found the price is at least fair, if not inexpensive.
: Q# |! I* w5 y4 kAs I will be out of town today, Ray came over last night at 7:30pm and fixed it. # U$ p' E' B4 m( }3 H
So far it runs good. Ray also helped me to install the nest thermostat - I installed it but can not get the fan run. 6 F% Q$ W. `/ M5 X. O
Overall, the service is in high quality, price is at least fair, waiting time is short, Ray is professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. |
