Hi, I'm looking for a roommate (female only) for a furnished bedroom in a 1 bedroom apartment, $500/month + shared utilities (about $20-30). Deposit is $500.

The room is available at the beginning of September.

! Z3 t8 z) G; h7 U% P: d; U- The closest bus stops are also 3 mins walk from the apartment.
- There are lots of buses to many places in the city.
" F0 P6 q% Z* z" x. o/ h6 I6 w+ It takes only 15 mins directly to MacEwan Univ by bus no.8.
+ Bus no.130 goes directly to University of Alberta in 27 mins.
9 A* U. R6 S8 \% m4 `+ Buses no.8 or no.9 can take you to Downtown in 20 mins.
+ You can take no.8, no.9, no.12, or no.130 to Kingsway Mall in 8 mins.
+ No. 12 can drop you at Superstores or Canadian Tire in 10 mins. + Lots of restaurants (eg. Subway, Korean BBQ, Lan's Asian Grill, Smitty's, etc.) and stores (eg. Value village, Dolarama, convenient stores, etc.) are just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.
