We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.1 o* X, @5 B# u8 ]# Z3 m( H

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
# n6 @ p" |" O) a8 IWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
& R K! v( P' w& Q% @ {Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" M/ t) e) e2 n0 R
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;) @* b$ a) g2 g+ p6 c
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
3 I: E3 J6 n+ P' L- ~, BEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
0 O& a8 j; u' O2 K* \& o% tConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.( C4 q5 r4 [# r
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Strong organizational and computer skills;

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
