! O' U0 C$ m9 SWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

. B4 X! U' ~8 G" G0 vCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
) p: }, F4 A: [! m! w3 TWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
% m( C" j+ g& |% ~ @( Q; I' F/ i3 FAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
5 n% c% V5 ?7 t S# }Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
& `' n, u# U. Y6 c' W! UOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
- y1 H# o0 l% |6 ]Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
7 J7 D' D" o' [. G4 rConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients., ^+ s' e$ F. S: ]( v" k$ P
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Compensation and Benefits% w( l/ m" N4 G' l2 u1 M6 M3 ^
9 G& f6 j8 x% H- OHourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
