We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments) Z$ W( K: X# D4 [
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies) P) o, q. A1 ]2 L+ f
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines3 u5 W. S2 G3 {8 q5 _1 E( p
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
9 ^3 |% @5 [$ A4 R- \% j/ mOversee file management for all LMIA matters;; l8 T# s+ { X9 d8 J
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;% c( A$ K3 @6 {- f% ~( f, K
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.' c, K4 y8 X, R" R& h& Y2 A, V l
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Compensation and Benefits
