The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. * I* s! Q& T# T$ F! QCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments" g1 T" ^' q I
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
$ n% `5 u7 F. Y/ }& @Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines1 Q% q- @5 F" d/ r
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
3 C% B" o, {* }2 ~Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
' g# S" B2 g4 B/ X3 H/ ?2 U7 QEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;0 l5 K. H8 ~$ d t$ I' o
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Essential Knowledge and Skills
