The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Write and post advertising for various job vacancies% T, ^/ V8 K8 u; H6 ?/ _! N
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
& `) ?* K9 A- _8 {% b7 HManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;1 m7 j4 d* W% L7 B7 L* M
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;3 j- C( n s, E1 i' o( g6 d
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
$ Y5 `0 w, t8 L _3 BConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.1 A5 G" @8 b5 s2 U! B
Conduct all work within established time standards;" j- G. \. _' @! G
