Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
: d& P% h9 s1 j s9 U) c EKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
( [3 m( y$ N2 A" z% u OStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential( h8 \ [4 z \9 t
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
V; E2 b. ]; H" k0 V; qPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
) Z7 z6 y; o$ y0 q6 ^5 I* m) y9 uAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
