Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
/ u  x1 v8 z% S1 Y' @3 BKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
" O) L0 \  X1 h2 B& n* RAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
# U1 w4 X/ |) T4 N$ @5 rPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
7 p) U  ^* |0 Q7 _Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
) b5 @0 C8 X# l/ l2 {Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Must Have Skills
Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.
