We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.( j3 `3 | n- N* |# O* K

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments; P8 r: |: y2 g6 L. U# P
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
. @8 I6 c! A) mAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines+ @( ^' J5 }; N& k2 K
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;; N- K& L0 P& E5 N7 ^- X
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
( ]7 y; l" A' {) D( y' o8 I" JEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;" b! t+ N8 D3 J; N, t: e
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.- B: _% E2 Q9 {
Conduct all work within established time standards;& y/ Z5 q% C2 x) z: ]
