We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
# Q P% L9 H) w9 u* |0 ]Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
& Y( q9 K& U& [6 d( D9 z HAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
* l% O2 z* [: t, lManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
7 S6 U; ]1 l% ?7 A; ~Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
1 [0 H2 N9 \4 f" A3 | ^Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;# O" j# Q6 m' B7 P7 `' D
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;! h# F8 B" N( s3 W- u) \3 C
