We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.7 }5 O0 W& p$ i* S0 ], Z

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments/ ?9 r4 j4 Q% N4 J; u
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
% p4 v! a7 w, g/ oAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines# Y7 K- g% g. @2 o4 m
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;) `9 C2 d7 M1 [: W
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
! M1 o! M. o% z5 JEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;$ x0 c; h" V0 K# x+ P
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
/ Q" u" m- v; E! ^Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Compensation and Benefits

% w4 s# K, B; K0 [" h! m% XHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
