We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
( G/ m; W: q$ O0 Y5 l6 q, t" rWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
) l9 K( R% P5 f b* GAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
$ ^: |; x1 H- y/ T; {- R9 B7 [Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;. S3 \' m1 c( ?6 s/ i
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
7 O' g2 [2 W4 Y, S5 o3 j4 GEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;' [) b( S0 I6 q: t1 e8 t7 Z1 ^
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients., x: |& i, a; M9 U
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
