注：上周独立房均价小幅提升是由于上周共有6套$1Million以上独立房售出，从而提高了均价。

按每套豪宅比均价多57万算,6套就多处340万。假如售出的248套都是single  house, 就相当于把均价提高了1万4。扣除这个影响,上周single  house 均价为429k
