经济低迷, Alberta政府增加酒税

昨天收到通知, 酒税今天起增加, 主要内容如下:

On March 26, 2015, the Government of Alberta announced an increase in the liquor
  Q' |5 E& Y7 z/ xmark-up rates. The new rates will be effective as of March 27, 2015.

7 l+ k  X* P& K+ y1 ], N7 \The increase is a 22-cent per litre increase for most products. The exceptions are
; l0 C4 o) v1 tproducts from small breweries, and products from cottage wineries that sell at farmers’
gates/markets, with no increase. Mid-sized breweries have an increase of 11 cents per
5 B. K5 Y9 o6 b  }. Vlitre applied to their products. This across-the-board increase maintains the flat nature
% J0 {' j( A& q- g3 Z, d2 @of Alberta’s liquor mark-up. In addition, Alberta will still have liquor mark-up rates that
, @5 o' i6 |$ m( W& ]are among the lowest in the country.

Some of the impacts on the wholesale prices are:
· Beer: 90 cents per dozen; approximately 8 cents per 341ml bottle or 355ml can.
6 s- Z- G; v0 W: T  V· Spirits: Approximately 16 cents per 750ml bottle.
+ v8 l/ \2 Y+ ]' E1 v1 l· Wine: Approximately 16 cents per 750ml bottle.
