Receptionist Needed

CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

* w; x, x* T' d* T-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
1 l1 A: G" O0 t9 `7 k& p. OStrong verbal English.
* l8 g% y. Q% T  t) e4 W-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
