it has a double size bed, desk ,chair and night table; kitchen is huge with lots of cabinets, bathroom is only shared with another person; current renter is very clean and quiet, also owner clean house regularly and keep it always clean. WIFI, long distance call, laundry, and utility are all included; parking is at street, bus stop to all oil companies is only two minus walk, renting month to month is acceptable, half month deposit request.
