CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
+ ~0 B2 p; \) S! _0 N-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
" m( T6 @2 R* `-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
1 g8 q- x% U3 o: m-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
: M$ T  P* t2 L6 h9 b, _-        Keep office clean and organized.
* A0 y4 A3 O: b7 V0 x8 C5 k0 x  f-        Provide friendly and professional services.

  U2 w, Y0 o2 X1 v' }3 l" A-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
* }' m& |( c$ @* C0 ?$ j-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
9 I2 E( u+ ?: U" E-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
- C- |9 X, F' Q" X" I-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
