I lost an item on the bus or LRT. What information does ETS Customer Service staff need to identify it?

A detailed description of the item – the more detail you provide, the easier it will be to identify the item. Remember to mention the type of item, colour, brand name/product number, and any other identifying features that make your item distinct.
