In whatever galaxy,                                               September 29th 2006,
% s! z* U( z- hI believe there must be creatures like ourselves  
Dreamers
Savages
Poets
+ }  I2 t% V6 E/ sBuilders of canoes,
" |4 U& V3 r! rBlack smiths
  L2 E4 ^0 q" D8 r; I2 I8 I% fMurderers,
  l5 S, U/ Z1 l- B, _( g# v0 ~, pRisk takers,
My mind is full of curiosity and wonder
As I think of what could be.
" L& j1 N% W/ K; _" y1 q1 @; s+ xThe world is so big to me
I wonder what it means to be
I looked up at the star and smiled
They flashed as they have heard all I have read.

Here am I,
  E: D7 O* H% q, EA poor old Guy;
, z6 e2 X4 \& a. J! K0 ]Legs in a bonfire,
Head in the sky
Lonely, with the feel of betray
' S* B0 I5 t' m; z! B+ F  KHeart empty and hollow
) _/ m. ^# K5 j6 q& H' ^! NAlone I stand
' F* F2 H& L4 k' PI am useless to all
- Y( R4 f+ a% OBut I wish I were a dove
2 L4 ~( [! n& v* J) l  c( EGiving myself to the world, to the fire
4 b/ @$ [3 t0 i. X0 TI feel like burning myself in to dust and fly with the wind
I sent prayers to my god
Though he does not answer
He bless me with the gift of hope
