免费讲座——winter in Edmonton ( 有限量免费过冬赠品）

地处Southgate Mall 近旁的ASSIST 西南办公室将于11月19日下午1点到3点举办一场免费讲座——Winter in Edmonton。讲座语言是英语。参加讲座者将有机会得到免费赠送的过冬品，同时低收入家庭可以登记Christmas Bureau (圣诞节前派送购物券、圣诞食品、孩子的玩具给需要的家庭）.

Winter in Edmonton

8 O5 n7 P% f$ ZSouth Side Settlement Program is hosting a workshop on “Winter in Canada” for newcomers to Canada. Highlights of the event are:  free winter giveaways and an opportunity for low income families to register for Christmas Bureau.

The workshop will include the following topics:

7 s. \9 D  }' a. d* Z0 Q; J●        How to stay healthy, physically and mentally, in the wintertime
2 r- ^& C; Z8 ^8 y% G+ \( I●        How to travel in the snow – how to be prepared in a vehicle and on public transit/ what kind of clothing to wear
' t3 U& Z! X. t( m& M7 J* W●        What to do with children in the wintertime/ What events to look forward to
