Edmonton home builders say they are working non-stop to meet a demand they haven’t seen since the boom of 2005.

# y+ D% {2 w& P5 W* MBuilders started construction on 468 new single detached homes last month, a 34 per cent increase from August 2013.

* f. l2 t. I" w7 o“Right now we're running flat out, we’re building as much as we can,” said Rob Busby, construction manager for Landmark Homes.
