Duties & Responsibilities:
- J# u2 W. M, T: q( B! b9 l
  B, |  K+ B6 A% K; u- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
9 h0 P1 Y) C+ W/ |/ `8 C, ^! D- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
( |' N, w) K* ~2 i1 `+ F& a8 i- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
5 v8 |" S9 z8 E' c( t' n- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
  M" k- ^$ B0 Q* h! g. ~: A- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
* ^7 B- n& t3 Y1 m  f/ k
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
. Z3 u$ N, F$ x! ?# I" R9 R3 |- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
' I0 v1 A! `0 A8 f8 k0 F- Ability to use computers
8 [$ T0 a+ [8 Y$ B1 l- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
