/ s8 |, N! E9 ?+ \8 @Duties & Responsibilities:

- ~7 z7 k0 V% V- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
& j; [$ \$ ^" _  r# _- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
$ e: m% \; Q, j1 d; ^$ W6 z) l+ O- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
& b4 o" n0 h0 f+ z9 F% @) N- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

  I! N; }9 O0 M2 d6 G# q0 F, I1 ^: s- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
2 `  B% t6 @3 p3 H# c- \9 [- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
9 h. F$ _. m4 E: ?  Y- Ability to use computers
! K4 y& T/ W1 V' ~/ `% L* m# t% a- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
