- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
' Y* G4 y" F$ F- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
& t# ?1 c; N; Q* e  W- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
$ l/ s+ K5 J' p- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives

' ?7 q" T" M* m- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
