' Z( o' m6 I5 G9 u& W, XDuties & Responsibilities:

8 e% x. J% P$ u( l% ~1 y1 L  \- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
" t' t1 W1 E5 d+ h. a  P- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
/ K. ?5 F& X' D" P* v- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
# R: W. }! b+ n5 w- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:

* V4 M0 M9 n2 B  O; S& O, J$ I: M- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
, w* V% {; I( z2 E% Z( k- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
' u- M# `& \# J" Y- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
