土豆沙拉。
& c  Q5 ?: H0 k: W! @) N土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

) e/ J6 ?) _% ~5 c: V" R用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

(可以用筷子挑起，是个力气活，建议男士优先）。另鸡蛋煮

3 h4 z0 W8 a' S* A  R熟，去蛋黄留蛋青（蛋黄可以拌小米，喂鸟）。蛋青切丁。另

, a( M3 i! o  z2 ^3 I3 y黄瓜胡萝卜之类，切丁。火腿（肠），切丁。以上材料混合搅

拌，加盐等调味料（忘了在哪儿加，或许也可以在沙拉酱里

加）。均匀后即可食用。我姥姥家的聚餐，每次都有这个。材料

现成的拌沙拉的蔬菜），肉丁若干，倒入白色沙拉酱（也是现成

的），搅拌均匀即可食用，味道和卖的差不多（因为用的都是

一样的沙拉酱:p）

3 t4 z$ |+ ?, H) LDressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
