outdoor electrical outlets don't work

I have used the outlets before, but not work this year. both the back yard (with reset and test button) and the front yard (outside the garage , used winter car plug, no reset and test button).  have checked panel in basement, nothing wrong.

( b2 p7 {. J# A7 [& j' v7 Y/ u- Bcan anybody know how or help me to fix them? will pay.

Push test button, then push reset button. One possible solution.
