   Glass Worker – (Manufacturing Plant 1, Edmonton)

Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

- b7 f( R5 i7 z/ v. t! W% oResponsibilities will include:
•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
& @, c0 H* q. G  u$ M0 v•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
3 m# R% n! ~. _$ y•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
# ~' N4 y- W. X( |8 ]1 l•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
6 o( y9 v, u1 e•Keep work area clean.
, z' m7 i3 n2 E4 R8 V•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

Primary Qualifications Required:
2 D, C/ X" B- v•Basic English communication skills
7 I/ A1 G" ]8 o•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
•Good eye sight.

  Q. D8 h, d% P2 B' ?1 A•Ability to work under constant pressure
•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

•Check Units to pass Quality Expectation
•Fill sealed units with Aragon

•Hot melt super spacer units
•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines

Primary Qualifications Required:
