My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.: a2 E( t, r7 V' Q& H4 k- f

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.$ A7 _9 ~% S# B+ k/ L" ?& x+ ^$ p
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
3 W( E5 Y: b% }& cThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

What type of housing you are looking for?
