My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.9 s- U+ J# N$ e% y2 F3 l. h

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.$ c+ g" P( o7 u' p
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.( o. t. }, O, e5 W1 v0 I6 y
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
