builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。
大家帮忙出出主意。

that's what I thought too, I think most builders have at least 3 walk-through

没按图纸的问题，钱应该按图绘收取的吧？
" f+ T3 I5 q5 l2 N! d& {楼主，这个问题你应该早就可以发现的，不然就是你的final walkthrough 日期定的过于紧凑。
3 ~5 h8 _- F5 F; ^: z没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。
; C: J$ J: w* y# D2 i# ^还是那句话，见招拆招，急也没用，该通知的通知，该延期的延期，沟通好，没有解决不了的。

' W4 Z1 P/ X, |- }8 U/ a- s) S5 B一共就两次walk through，第一次就说了railing有问题， 然后就是最后一次walk through，发现完全没看图纸健，上面明明标着railing的部分，也能建成墙

( P7 z7 r3 a9 I9 UDid you ever follow up with the builder?
/ X- K' U9 y& x; s' T5 y) SI would tell the site superintendent to arrange another walk through once the problem is fixed but not drag it along until the final walk through.
3 x4 ~( ~/ n- K3 e& jIt is too late to talk about this now.  
If you have everything documented, show it to the lawyer and ask for hold back.

7 [- n9 X, h- B* DIf you can live with the wall, ask the builder to compensate you instead of removing the wall.
- s+ I4 [3 S/ b  f0 h3 aIt will be messy after you move in and they come back to take down the wall.
