The process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders. Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key! ! C# m8 F5 S1 KIt took us only 30 mins when we bought our brand new (already been built) house from a builder.0 o) y U2 J3 B/ w
And you only do this when the house is ready for possession.
