We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.

  I* E" t8 h' y. C• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, work & excel
• Experience with Windows 8

• Knowledge of Lone Wolf Software an Asset

; m* s0 c6 J* n0 A2 [: C' L• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers

• Filing

Wages and benefits starting at $16/hr depending on experience
