留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
. h. N) w: b) K6 X' z2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
8 T& E0 V8 u# J6 m- _6 W3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
3 q* X3 x  F& e8 b. a$ l) C
you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
7 I3 }, [* b, N. F/ H+ lyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
/ s! P# J. ^) q/ }2 O8 h0 T* Ayou must be a resident of Canada; and
7 R( ^1 W2 j- g. Cyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
