留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
0 i) @- l  k0 m! Q/ c$ q3 z请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
& b* P3 f% }# F5 A2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

- K% m' U3 m2 ~' K3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
8 V' N" }: u6 jCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
you must be a resident of Canada; and
3 s+ [1 p! }* r; E! }you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
