留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
  C( j0 ?+ y1 ~' E! v. h7 Y请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
! p/ I5 e8 `7 O, o/ e9 K- r3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

' i0 K* N! I1 s/ g* u2 W+ J2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
6 W; g& S( |; A8 Q3 R0 FCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
& l( Q: f+ i6 Q2 K
1 J1 b  J9 U& Q  q& D* [( u. n& G% Yyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
( l2 u3 z& D1 E9 p$ N; U" q; Yyou must be a resident of Canada; and
  N) @% t% ^: e7 U; G) [( Ayou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
