留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
  `2 ]/ k) Q/ z8 ~( V- c7 R1 F6 z4 h0 ^请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
6 v+ ^4 p, N3 G/ i& H6 ~3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。

Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
" w- r) S# L# Ayou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
( O. H% S* F7 Q8 f5 M4 Vyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
