去年11月我经过EDMONTONCHINA的房屋租借,租到一个房间3房1厅(无需合同,走只需要提前跟房东交代就OK)。4 T, I ^# i5 o) [5 K) X
/ }; k# Q$ U( e! i) Y w: Q我刚刚搬进去房东就决定回国发展(突发性),2天内就走了,SECURITY DEPOSIT都没拿,房子也没退回去,他说跟大房东DEAL很麻烦,叫我也别通知大房东了,之后就音信全无,至今我都不知道他叫什么名字。于是乎,我跟另外一个原室友A支付12月的房租, 用的是我的CHEQUE,并且再找了另外一个室友B来SHARE房租,结果新来的室友B第一天就被大房东抓住并且没收钥匙,说不认识他。/ n+ f. h# l9 h. a7 v0 _
tell them to fcuk off, because you are not on the lease at all. Legally you are not responsible for anything, that lease holder is.+ v: U5 N; v. l

The problem is: Your collection record is already in Equifax now. Your credit score is going to be below average. This is a horrible story to be taken advantaged off by the original leaseholder. Sorry, there will be a lot of loss in terms of time and frustration to get this done.
