意見：單/雙車庫門

雙車車庫，車庫門要兩個小的，還是一個大的好？
小的每個9呎，中間有1呎柱分隔
大的是18呎

車庫是24呎闊

求意見！

3个车库最好，不明白为什么分开车库会好看。感觉分两个车库门的会不会贵点。

Sorry can't type Chinese at work.

I personally like 1 big door too, you can park the vehicle in the middle for tire change etc.
However, after talking to the local people (white), they all prefer double door. They said you don't need to open the entire garage when getting in and out! And it is less heat loss.

現在真的不知如何是好，雙門看似比單門好賣，但單門實用

卖房的时候不会有人因为是大门不买，但是恐怕会有人因为是小门不买的。

在我们小区，没有一户（应该说几乎没有）人家是两个小门。。。至少我没有见到过任何一户人家是两个小门，但是双门+单门到是蛮多。。。Heat loss只有在garage里有heat的时候才好用，如果不在garage干活就无所谓。。审美上来说，两个小门真心不好看，和duplex差不多，还感觉买不起三车库一样。。。非常尴尬的设计。。

双车库比两个蛋的实用且方便。

不过如果是24尺宽的，影响也不大了。。。

Of course we are not rich like you can live in a neighborhood that most houses have triple garages. It is very common to have 2 single doors in the area that we want to build.

If we go for 2 single doors, they will be 9 ft wide by 8 ft tall.
If we go for 1 door, it will look huge 18 ft wide by 8 ft tall. The entire front of the house will look like nothing but just one big garage door.
And the garage size is 24 ft by 25 ft.

I am not too worrying about how it looks, just wonder for the future potential buyers if we want to sell later.

no offense, just personal opinion.

to me, a pillar in between garage doors is weird.

我個人也喜歡一個大門想停中間也行. 兩個小門有種壓迫感總覺個我停車進出會不會不注意就颳倒車...
有的雙車門的還一前一後...
