If you have already applied for the Alberta Seniors Benefit (ASB)
program, you are automatically enrolled for dental and optical coverage
and do not need to re-apply.
If you have not applied for the ASB program:
Please visit www.health.alberta.ca to obtain a new Seniors
Financial Assistance application form or call toll-free in Alberta at
1-877-644-9992 or 780-644-9992 in the Edmonton area.

必须是移民65岁以上老人，收入符合低收入要求。

如果是父母依亲移民的话,在10年以内是不可以的. 现在改为20年了.
