1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;

2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean

0 c: C9 B; ?2 B, ]& j8 x" o3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
