The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
. O3 V6 V8 h- @" c9 i$ u2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
- T; @2 @3 \6 _- r! `7 \$ q# z8 x3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

- A( f4 S5 ?; o: q% q' o1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
8 N/ e6 _- r. i! H+ v" Fstill support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
0 j3 ?% X' m& f( n# u4 V! athe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
