The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:

2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

" Y3 |8 H8 t$ l2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
3 D% R& Q0 W! mthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
4 V  A! A4 Q6 O; O& `* K3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
