Position Overview
: `. G* T3 p$ C; b•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
8 M4 L2 @+ K5 A7 E0 S2 ^3 ]•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
2 r9 a# d( W' E* j7 U4 R" y0 T•        Retail customer service experience.
6 y; y# a- m9 Y" E: J4 W•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
3 V8 l4 G: t' F  h9 o•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
