Position Overview
1 g% b3 M; \; c0 \7 K5 I: b9 J• Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs. 2 N. k7 k( N, K/ r- q4 }0 t* n
• Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing. ~8 c3 R4 j" p$ C L) Y
• Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
' ?4 }8 Y( p, _ ^2 s; f. M• Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information. 1 P7 q# A/ _% m2 d$ @

Job Requirements 2 D+ [" G4 a2 H" h
• Retail customer service experience. * o% P5 R; E7 E5 I
• Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset. 2 H1 m: j* ~) a f
• Excellent communication skills in English/ V( s) n$ Q# H: H3 P1 N3 h( s
• Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
