(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year. By

of volunteers ready to help you when you get to campus. Specifically 0 ]: z; k& ~# \% A* G
look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth 6 U8 v5 r$ h) A- R: d1 e4 u

4 S* V8 F3 ^7 |3 MBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
( m' D& U6 D# N, I+ F% vactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
* Y; Q$ ?- Y) k& I4 v1 V' ja variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
4 n/ U+ a4 }+ o4 L* a% Nevening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in
& i: _1 z; f' }* KHawrelak Park.7 F% s' D' }1 h3 l1 S8 S/ I# o
2 |8 q$ {' z8 L* q8 J7 LYou will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
7 b" W; U& [! t/ D% zSeptember 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, * I- k, b) a* T' ^5 }/ N" @9 u. l y
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.& E( r' n5 e$ w# v- a0 G
/ F* I9 T ?6 Q0 ?Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you 6 v, V0 b: H; N
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
; c5 x0 o. H+ r7 m" Uyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your ) D7 `9 j" s' C4 J7 t
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process + r. u( G8 e8 w/ l6 R6 B5 ]4 P
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
5 U0 e1 j- D) y* eof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus ) x4 C9 k# p- w* m; I9 ?2 [
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
. ?2 s; r$ R5 QInformation and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and * { ?( U! Y7 Z3 ^3 _
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the 7 S9 m: T0 X2 J) u- f9 L+ ]+ y: _4 l
two days of Orientation).
