3 j( T. V: U4 \5 \1 p7 BKey Responsibilities:

6 [+ d& {. B" _; L) M9 B• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales.

• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
/ {% G: F P* b, n+ r
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.7 B" x8 }+ p8 h O& ?

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.3 J2 j2 y" L, T* g7 v

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.% e9 J0 g$ v2 J9 u0 q# u

8 ?% ~+ y/ T L6 r0 U& S5 _• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

5 H( f' X0 C& b" @0 x* B& a) `8 X• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
# h3 P- B) S0 k: h
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
+ [( T1 y" w/ `# J
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
4 `5 ~- k4 O: L4 X5 K
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.# Y7 z' c4 B3 i

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
