3 _+ Q% m7 H) A) XKey Responsibilities are as follows:0 b# g3 B+ E* Q) C- @: k4 F- j
•This position is accountable for the effective development, delivery and evaluation of Integrated Service Program funded by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada and Alberta Human Services 0 x x$ N8 \6 O% Y9 J; W3 I
•Specific accountabilities include analyzing and defining community needs, assisting in the development of new initiatives and overall strategy, participation in community and/or industry advocacy and social action processes, project management, recruitment, leadership and performance appraisal of a team of up to 10 para-professionals and/or volunteers, program priority setting, maintenance of appropriate reporting, development and management of program budget, preparation of report submissions to funding or regulatory bodies
2 Q) ?! x" z- W& h) |•Required skills include: understanding of client needs and appropriate interventions, program implementation and evaluation, creativity and ongoing program development, leadership and co-ordination of service provision and administrative functions, participation in budget development and monitoring, staff recruiting, supervision, development and evaluation, client case management, program data collection, data and narrative reporting, Z7 |; t3 ?" h0 i, v( a, a
•Responsibilities include relationship management with CIC, AHS and other organizations; community development planning and activities; participation in and leadership of agency-wide projects.- h$ b0 x4 D5 _3 j9 Q0 u
•Coordination with other program coordinators in LINC, ECALA, family, youth and senior programs is essential

Qualifications:
2 [/ x0 ^; f! i0 c+ V0 t•University degree or diploma in a related field or extensive related experience ;1 Q* W4 Q3 ~$ Y. R
•Knowledge of leadership and management principles as relate to nonprofit/voluntary organization;
. ?* T' f% i% b* U( b9 |: l•Knowledge of settlement/cross-cultural processes, human resources management, financial management, project management, fund development and organizational management;# X* v& o; G) d3 Z& n+ m
•Two or more years of progressive management experience in a voluntary sector organization or demonstrated potential
& ?$ @8 N" [4 B9 D# B: C+ |$ r/ c: a•Fluent in English, knowledge of another language is preferred but not mandatory.
